It was at the Shaft (McMahon Furniture Stores) ranch in Hidden Valley. I also used to spend time at the Las Comancias ranch (Staber's For Beauty) on the same private road as Eve Arden's small ranch that Sophia Loren later bought. Also stabled in the area were the Triggers that Roy Rogers used over the years. Alsulana Acres (Alan Ladd) was on that same private road. The other place I'm very familiar with is the old Brennan (Wyatt Earp Series) place which was sold to the Hallett (Rexall Drugs) family quite a few years ago. We had wonderful Halloween and Christmas parties there. The big house which had an olympic sized outdoor pool was used in the Knott's Landing TV series later. Other early Hidden Valley residents were Chuck Thornton (Litton Industries), Richard Widmark (I still have his mother's candle sticks), Dean Martin and many others.
