393 Stafford Road in Westlake Village Construction Update

Progress photo of the construction of cement walls for 393 Stafford Road in Hidden Valley, CA

The cement walls are now fully dry and the forms are ready to be taken off. The next step is to add a water-base coating to protect the walls from moisture before filling the gaps in with dirt.

FUN FACT:

The “Robin Hood Cabin” located at Stafford Road in Sherwood was built in 1921 for the “Robin Hood” movie. The movie prompted the change in the name of the lake from Potrero Lake to “Sherwood Lake” and nearby areas became known as “Sherwood Forest” and “Maid Marion Park”. Did you know that The Robin Hood Cabin is a registered Ventura County Historical Landmark?

The Nicki & Karen Team will be keeping you up to date with regular posts highlighting this project through completion.  Stay tuned!  www.nickiandkaren.com
