The construction of 393 Stafford started a little over a year ago with the formidable grading of a 2-acre lot in Sherwood Country Club. Fun Fact: Lake Sherwood was carved out and filled by F.W. Mathiesson in 1905. After 3 name changes, the lake kept its name “Lake Sherwood” in honor of the Robin Hood movie that was filmed nearby.
