Nicki LaPorta and Karen Crystal’s sale of a stunning Hidden Valley gentleman’s ranch has once again placed Ewing & Associates Sotheby’s in the company of the top sales internationally. Sotheby’s International Realty featured select sold properties by Sotheby’s franchises internationally to feature in a monthly “Significant Sales” newsletter.
Fieldstone Farms, 890 West Potrero Rd., closed at $14,750,000 — making it one of the biggest sales for Sotheby’s in May. Tomer Fridman’s property was featured in last month’s list.
The property is described as “a newly constructed custom East Coast-style Gentleman’s Farm. This 62-acre, two parcel estate is nestled in the pastoral community of Hidden Valley, known for its bucolic setting and equestrian lifestyle. The property has two barns smartly designed and elegantly built, a 16 stall with 35 foot ceilings, offices, baths, laundry facilities, tack rooms, feed rooms and automatic waterers. There is a six horse Eurocizer, a competition sized arena, nine large grass irrigated paddocks, six sand paddocks, horse and hiking trails. There is a charming caretaker’s home and cottage, a professional wood working shop and custom rose gardens throughout the property. This equestrian facility competes with the best in the world in both beauty and function.”
